Faith Formation Conference—More than 2000 participants gathered for a Faith Formation Conference at the Santa Clara Convention Center on November 21 and 22, 2008. The theme was Witnessing Hope to Suffering World.This was a Joint Endeavor of the (Arch) Diocese of San Francisco, San Jose, and Monterey in association with Oakland and Stockton. CPF had Exhibition Booths from the San Jose Chapter and East/West Chapter. |

CPF sponsored an Information Booth at the Faith Formation Conference in San Jose September 21-22, 2007. This conference attracted about 1800 from Catholic Dioceses of San Francisco, Monterey, Oakland, San Jose and Stockton and provided an excellent showcase for the advocacy work of California People of Faith. |

![]() Rabbi Roberto Graetz addressed a diverse faith group of Faith Leaders at the Clergy Luncheon in Walnut Creek on September 25th, 2007. The keynote speaker was Andre Heron, murder victim family member and a defense lawyer. The successful luncheon included faith leaders from Catholic, Christian/Protestant, Buddhist and Islam religions. The luncheon was sponsored by Death Penalty Focus, Progressive Jewish Alliance and California People of Faith, Working Against the Death Penalty. The event was moderated by Dorothy Streutker. |
