California Fair Administration Commission to hold final hearing on Death Penalty

The California Commission on the Fair Administration of Justice will hold its third and final public hearing on issues surrounding the fair administration of the death penalty in California on Friday, March 28, 2008. The public hearing will take place from 9:30am-12:30pm in the California Mission Room inside the Benson Center at Santa Clara University. Invited witnesses include representatives of victims' organizations and advocacy groups concerned with the fairness of California's death penalty law.

Commissioners will meet in private for lunch and discussion from 12:30-4:00pm in the Kennedy Commons at Santa Clara University.
